We want you to love what you wear. If the size isn’t right, we’ll help you exchange it.

7-day size exchange

  • You can request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability of the size you need.
  • Any shipping charge for the exchange will be confirmed by our team before pickup.

Damaged or wrong product

  • If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (an unboxing video helps).
  • We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
  • If a replacement is not available, we will refund the product amount.

Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds for size or change-of-mind returns. Refunds are given only for damaged or wrong products that cannot be replaced, or for orders cancelled before shipping. Refunds go back to your original payment method (or your bank account for Cash on Delivery orders), usually within 7 working days.
