CANCELLATION
All Cancel Requested orders will be wallet refunded instantly to prevent cancellation charges from the respective banks
Our products are shipped with a shipping charge to india. The weight-based shipping costs are calculated and shown at the time of checkout. We make every effort to keep costs as low as possible without sacrificing effectiveness or quickness.
- We make an effort to ship on the next working day for all retail orders received by 12 p.m. IST. But in rare cases, order processing can take one to three business days.
- Depending on the method of shipment you select, we strive to ship out products within 24 hours of receiving payment clearance and deliver all orders to consumers in India in 5-7 working days. Should a product become unavailable, we will promptly inform you of the delay and ship it as soon as it becomes available again.
- Products can be ordered over the phone or on our website.
- Once we receive payment from you we will send you an email confirming the receipt of your payment and also confirm the dispatch of your order. The dispatch can take up to 2-3 working days for confirmed orders.
- We have the right to cancel any order and refund your payment any time before dispatch due to the non-availability of the product or otherwise
When their order is delivered, customers have 10 days to return or exchange it. For most of pin codes, we provide a reverse pickup option where by we will arrange for the order to be picked up from your delivery address. In the unfortunate event that we are unable to arrange pickup at your pin code, then you will have to self-ship the products back to us.
All exchanges and returns must be made in their original packaging, with all tags intact. If not, there will be no validity for the return or replacement.

All refunds will be initiated directly to your WHITEPOKER Wallet only.
There will be a reverse pickup fee of ₹75 for orders that were successfully delivered but were later cancelled by the consumer. You may also choose to mail the package to us on your own.
Shipping and COD costs are not refundable through online shopping.
Products that have been discounted by more than 30% are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Unless an incorrect product has been delivered, international orders are not returnable or aexchangeable.
Products that are defective do not need to be returned to us until the customer support staff confirms it. Send us a couple pictures of the faulty product if you received it, and our staff will respond right away.
We will cover the entire cost of delivering the replacement product to you in the event that defective or incorrect products were delivered.
When a product is returned or exchanged, the new replacement won’t be dispatched until the original product has been received and approved for quality control. We won’t be able to offer a new exchange or refund if the goods doesn’t pass the quality assessment and appears worn out or messy.
Shipping charges for sending the product back to our office will not be refundable from our side.
Within 15 days of the delivery date, you can request an online refund for your items.
Refunds will not be granted for shipping or COD fees.
The product cost is the only amount that can be refunded.
Products that are on sale or that are discounted are not covered by the refund policy.
